Beginning the Process

Your Part

Our Part

1. Decide you want or need a sale
Need to clear out a full or nearly full house? Moving, downsizing, and divorce are just a few of the many reasons people have estate sales.
1. Meet with you
Once you call us we set up a meeting with you. We answer any questions may have about us or about estate sales. This meeting is absolutely free.
2. Contact us
Our initial meeting costs you nothing at all. We are happy to meet with you, discuss our services, and answer questions until you are satisfied.
2. Assess the house
We look over your items and tell you honestly whether an estate sale would be profitable for you.
3. Don't throw ANYTHING away!
This is estate sale Rule Number One. Many odd and seemingly worthless things can be sold at estate sales, so please: don't throw out anything.
3. Offer a time frame
The average time for an estate sale process is 10-14 business days, but each sale varies based on size and timing. The actual sale itself normally runs for two days.
4. Sign the contract
We believe that a contract protects you, the client, just as much as it protects us. We can discuss further details on this at our initial meeting.
