Our Part

1. Decide you want or need a sale
Need to clear out a full or nearly full house? Moving, downsizing, and divorce are just a few of the many reasons people have estate sales. |
1. Meet with you
Once you call us we set up a meeting with you. We answer any questions may have about us or about estate sales. This meeting is absolutely free. |
2. Contact us
Our initial meeting costs you nothing at all. We are happy to meet with you, discuss our services, and answer questions until you are satisfied. |
2. Assess the house
We look over your items and tell you honestly whether an estate sale would be profitable for you. |
3. Don't throw ANYTHING away!
This is estate sale Rule Number One. Many odd and seemingly worthless things can be sold at estate sales, so please: don't throw out anything. |
3. Offer a time frame
The average time for an estate sale process is 10-14 business days, but each sale varies based on size and timing. The actual sale itself normally runs for two days. |
4. Sign the contract
We believe that a contract protects you, the client, just as much as it protects us. We can discuss further details on this at our initial meeting.
